Model SP-AP features a virtually silent electronically commutated (EC) motor with three built-in, high-speed airflow settings (50, 80 or 110 cfm). Its standard two-speed operation (commonly known as whole house) helps comply with ASHRAE 62.2, WSEC, and CAL Title 24 requirements. Fan features allow for improved performance in a variety of installations, improved indoor air quality and the elimination of issues during test and balance.

• MASTERSPEC™ SP-AP Series is powered by an electronically commutated motor (ECM) with Constant CFM adaptive, variable speed technology programmed to overcome the static pressure associated with common residential installation scenarios (0.4 in. wg and above). The motor reacts to increased static pressure by increasing its speed to ensure you have the airflow required to remove unhealthy air and moisture. 
• The EC motor can be controlled with a built-in Precision Airflow Selector, which allows you to dial in the airflow required to match your design or code requirements.
